This page explains how SF Robot Rentals, an SFPlayground experience, uses information submitted through this website.
What the quote form collects
We collect the name, email address and event information you choose to provide: company, date, city, preferred robot, event type, guest count, optional budget and message. We also record submission time and your agreement to be contacted. Please don’t include payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
Your details are used to review your request, discuss availability, prepare a quote and coordinate the event you asked about. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a booking.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. The website’s owner can access requests through a sign-in-protected review page. The website does not publish submissions or automatically send your details to robot suppliers.
Email delivery
After your request is saved, your browser briefly opens our native Site delivery page, then submits the form details to FormSubmit for email delivery to staff@sfplaygroundai.com. The handoff uses a short-lived, single-use token; personal details are not placed in page URLs. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. Read FormSubmit’s privacy terms. Requests are also stored in our website database. A saved request does not guarantee inbox delivery; the team can review the original in its protected dashboard.
Spam protection and hosting
The form uses a hidden spam-check field and a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests. The lead record does not store your raw IP address. The site does not add advertising pixels or external analytics. Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical information under their own policies.
Questions or removal requests
Contact staff@sfplaygroundai.com to ask about your information, correct it or request its removal. Include the request reference if you have one. We keep information while it is needed to handle your request and related business records.

Media on this website includes identified supplier demonstrations and SFPlayground content. External links, including Instagram and supplier websites, are governed by those services’ own privacy policies. External videos open only when you choose their links.
